Warrensville Heights, OH – Ideal for many industrial and manufacturing markets or applications that require a cost effective coating – but has high performance coatings needs – ACME Automotive Finishes has introduced Advanced Industrial Coatings. This new product line is comprised of two extremely versatile industrial coatings systems that utilize automotive grade pigments and resins for increased durability and longevity.

The result is a cost-effective product line that is recommended for use on industrial applications that require durability and sag-resistance. Advanced Industrial Coatings are an excellent choice for applications such as farm and implement equipment, construction equipment, dumpsters, oil rigs, mining equipment, machinery, trailer frames, truck boxes, lawn and garden equipment, metal parts, etc.

Advanced Industrial Coatings are available in both an acrylic enamel and acrylic urethane system. They are free of lead and chromate hazards, are VOC-compliant and use the ACME intermix system with factory pre-packaged colors.

This new product line is offered as an intermix system with an initial color pallet of 167 popular solid colors.  Advanced Industrial Coatings includes the following paint systems:

• 1K/2K Acrylic Enamel topcoat
• 2K Acrylic Urethane topcoat
• 1K Epoxy primer
• 2K Direct-to-Metal (DTM) Urethane primer
• AIC Color Documentation

The result is Advanced Industrial Coatings provide superior hiding qualities versus traditional industrial products and uses less material to produce optimal results.  The line also includes other components for a quality finish: 13 toners (also lead and chromate-free), three mixing clears, three hardeners, one drier, one accelerator and two reducers are available in the new line.
