What is EcoLean?

This new suite of training courses and services is designed to help shops take advantage of these two powerful disciplines, and combine them into a sustainable program to drive profitability through the
reduction of waste.                                                                                             

Once shops are armed with these principles and simple tools, they will be able to change the way their companies operate forever!

The EcoLean™ Workshop has been developed just for collision shop owners and managers who are interested in leveraging the power of Lean Production as well as Eco-friendly business solutions. These courses have been built by some of the sharpest minds in the collision repair industry, and will afford the opportunity to relax in the company of industry peers, and learn from one another over a two-day period.

EcoLean™ Workshops will be held in four locations in 2009:
