Painted Surfaces should be cleaned with detergent and water. Rinse surface with clean water and allow

sand with 180-grit sandpaper. Clean the surface and remove all sanding residue with FT200.

Bare Metal Surfaces should be free of any excess grease/oil using FT200, then wipe surface with clean
rag. Scuff sand the surface with 180-grit sandpaper. Clean the surface and remove all sanding residue
with FT200. Prime bare metal with FP301 or equivalent. Follow all application guidelines of etch primer
before proceeding with Bed Liner application.

APPLICATION
Apply product with a Schutz style (such as Dupli-Color™ DCTRG102) spray gun.  Spray pressure at the gun should be set to 40-45 psi. The fluid hose length should not exceed 24”.

Step 1: Apply a double coat, wet-on-wet, 8” from surface.
-Flash for 10-15 minutes (If longer than 30 minutes elapses, scuff sanding is required before applying another coat)
Step 2: Apply another double coat, wet-on-wet, 8” – 4’ from surface*

*Final texture is dependent on distance of spray gun from surface. Greater distance will give rougher texture.
Note: Minimum wet film build is 20 mils in order to achieve uniform appearance.
