AWX® Ultra High Performance 3.5 VOC Clearcoat CC421

Mixing

• 3 parts CC421 Clearcoat + 1 part UH70, UH80, or UH90 Hardener

Hardener Temperature Ranges*

• UH70 = 55° – 80°F
• UH80 = 70° – 95°F
• UH90 = 80° – 100°F

*These hardener temperature ranges are specific towards their use with CC421.

Application

• Apply 2 wet coats using a limited flash, Wet-On-Wet application method, or allow each coat to flash handslick.
• 10 psi HVLP/30-35 psi Compliant/High transfer 
• Fluid nozzle range: 1.3-1.4 MM

DRYING SCHEDULE

• Air Dry:
  Out of Dust – 35-45 minutes
  To Deliver – 4 hours @ 70°F with UH70
  8 hours @ 70°F with UH80 or UH90
• Force Dry:
  20-30 minutes at 140º F surface temperature
  (UH70, UH80 & UH90)
  7-10 minutes at 160° F surface temperature (UH70)
• Buffing Times:
  Air Dry – 4-5 hours
  Force Dry – 30 minutes after cool down
