2.1 VOV HP Process™ Clearcoat

- Sand and buff in 20 minuets at 70 F

Mixing

4 HPC21 Clearcoat + 1 ES10 ES15 ES20 Reducer + 1 UH900 Hardener

Application

• Apply 1 double wet coat (No flash between coats).
• 7 - 10 psi air cap pressure for HVLP
• 18 - 30 psi compliant gravity feed guns
• 1.3 - 1.4 mm = recommended fluid nozzle
• Desired film build is 1.8 - 2.5 mils (dry)

Drying Schedule

Dust Free:
Air Dry 5 - 7 minutes @ 75°F
Sand Buff 20 - 30 minutes @ 75°F

20 minutes = 1.8 – 2.5 mils at 75ºF
If higher film builds are utilized, it will extend the time until you can sand and buff.
