RHF Integrated Stabilizer Cost Over View
RHF Integrated Stabilizers represent a can for can cost increase of 33.8% over the current BCS Stabilizer option. However when a ready to spray calculation is performed on the Ultra 7000® System utilizing RHF vs. BCS with 1 Ounce of UH904, only a 3-4% increase is realized. The benefits that RHF Integrated Stabilizers provide in application improvement and durability far outweigh the cost differential.

What is the future of BCS Stabilizer?
BCS Stabilizers will still be available for shop floor applications such as trimming and cut in procedures if an ISO free application is needed. Some part number consolidation of the BCS Stabilizer line will take place in the future.
Are there any shelf life concerns regarding the RHF stabilizers?
RHF stabilizers should be handled like any other reduced iso-cyanate. RHF stabilizers should be thoroughly mixed prior to usage and always kept tightly closed when not in use. Please avoid storing the RHF stabilizers in high temperature / high humidity environments, and be sure to use any opened container within 14 days.
