This ½ Day class is designed to introduce participants to the Express Scratch Repair (ESR) system. The class is designed for anyone interested in developing a new revenue stream driven by small, low-cost cosmetic damage. Traditionally these types of repairs would be too expensive when estimated and processed using the traditional collision repair model. By using the ESR process and products, small, inexpensive cosmetic repairs can be done, often times the same day, at an affordable price.
The class will consist of an instructor-led electronic presentation and videos, which will introduce the concept of ESR to the participant. An overview of all support services such as marketing, damage assessment, shop design, tools and materials will be covered. In addition to an open discussion with the instructor, a live demonstration will be conducted to highlight the capabilities of the ESR system.
The objective of this ESR Orientation class is to introduce participants to the scope and capabilities of the ESR system. A follow-up 1-Day course is available for technicians who wish to become familiar with the individual products and procedures that make up the ESR system.
This course is designed for Shop Owners and Managers, although technicians are welcome to attend.
