Overview

This course is designed to prepare a technician to perform Express Scratch Repairs.  The course content covers all facets of ESR necessary for the technician to understand the concept and implementation of the ESR program.  The class will consist of instructor led classroom discussions, open forum question & answer opportunities and actual hands-on demonstrations.  Technicians will practice their skills in performing ESR repairs on actual vehicles.

 

This class will provide:

 

q       Specialized repair techniques designed to concentrate on small repairs

q       Specialized equipment training to assist in small damage repair

q       Ability to decide when to use the Express Scratch Repair process versus traditional repair methods
