Where do I get my login and password?

    If you would like to charge purchases to your existing branch account, please web-enable your account by calling 1-800-SW-ULTRA (800-798-5872) or contacting your local branch.

    You may also mail in an application for a Branch Account. The application must be printed, signed and mailed in order to be processed.

How do I pay for my purchase?

    Orders will be charged to your branch account.

What are the benefits of web-enabling my branch account?

    Web-enabling your branch account provides access to the following:

    • Full Access to FormulaExpressTM - You will have the ability to view formula details in addition to the search capabilities.
    • Create Custom Catalog - Add and remove products from your personalized product catalog.
    • Saved Shopping Carts - Build and save multiple shopping carts.
    • Account Receivable Statement - View your accounts receivable statements online
    • View your web order history - See your order history for orders you have placed online.
    • Account Profile Maintenance Keep your account information up to date so we can better serve you.

Why is my login not working?

If you have an existing credit account with Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes, then you are eligible to get Internet access to your existing account. If you have not been given a password by your branch, you can call them and get set up within 24 hours.

If you have already been given a login and password by your branch, and are having problems logging in, you have two choices, call your branch for help, or have us send your password to an e-mail account.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you have already received a password from your branch, but have forgotten it, the password can be sent to you in an e-mail. The password will be sent to the primary e-mail address for your account. In other words, if your shop has multiple logins, the passwords will only be sent to the head office.
