Management Training Program - Each year, Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes selects 35 diverse candidates from the top schools in North America to become a part of our family and participate in a management training that is second to none. Those management trainees learn product, process and best business practices and become experts in the collision industry. They then go on to manage our Branches and call on and service your shops.
