This course is designed for prep technicians who want to increase their knowledge, productivity, and the quality of work they perform. The course will instruct the student in all areas of prepping a vehicle for the painter.


Lunch will be provided each day. Hours are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm daily with dismissal by 3:00 pm on the final day. All class participants will receive Personal Safety Equipment and Product Training Materials for use and future reference.

This course is designed for prep technicians and entry-level body shop personnel.

This training is approved through CASE NATEF and the I-CAR Industry Training alliance program and as such, qualifies each participant to apply for 17 I-CAR credit hours.
