can assist customers who are building new facilities, adding onto an existing
facility, or wanting to make their existing facility more productive. |
| |

A set of blueprints will be presented to you including floor
plans of your facility with recommended equipment in place. CRDS takes
into consideration the needs of the entire facility and not just the paint
shop area. |
| |
| What is the fee for this service? |
| |
The CRDS fee for the design and layout is a one time $895
flat fee. We work together with you to develop the best possible solution
for your facility. |
| |
| What is the lead-time for this service? |
| |
CRDS requires a 6-8 week lead-time to develop and return customized
layouts to you. Please notify us if other specific time frames are needed. |
| |
| Will you work with my architectural
firm? |
| |
Yes, CRDS uses the same architectural drawing software that
most architects use today allowing us to pass drawing information electronically
to one another. Most architectural firms are not familiar with the needs
of a collision facility and welcome our involvement. |
| |
| What does CRDS need to begin the process? |
| |
A project request form is on-line for you
to easily complete. Some questions may not be applicable to your facility
but understand that this questionnaire is for all customers requesting the
service. Please fill in as much information as possible so we can accurately
assess your needs. |
| |
| How do you know what our facility looks
like? |
| |
To begin the design and layout process, CRDS requires information
on the physical dimensions of your property, where the facility is located
on that property, locations of overhead doors, man doors and permanent structures
(restrooms, floor drains, offices, columns). Existing blueprints will be
returned to you or if you prefer a grid is available to assist in drawing
your facility. Please contact CRDS if you need any of these supplies. |
| |
| Can I send in photos? |
| |
Digital photos and/or videos may be submitted as additional
resources to aid the design process. It is beneficial to have accurate
information to begin the process so we can develop a viable solution for
your collision business. |
