This course focuses on the theory and mechanics of lean productions, helping participants to understand and implement process improvement. The course topics include methods to utilize people, space, and equipment for the maximum bottom line impact. This in-depth workshop will teach shops how to reduce variation and to identify and fix the root causes of production problems in their collision repair business.


All class participants will receive Training Materials for use and future reference.

This training is approved through CASE NATEF and the I-CAR Industry Training alliance program and as such, qualifies each participant to apply for 7 I-CAR credit hours. Each class participant will also receive 15 credits towards the Accredited Automotive Manager Designation from AMI.
