This course is designed to address several critical areas that directly affect the quality and customer satisfaction of a typical collision repair. The objective of the course is to improve the technician’s knowledge and understanding of the importance of each of these areas and to improve their skills in performing these tasks. The goal is to improve customer satisfaction and maintain the highest quality repair.
Lunch will be provided. Hours are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. All class participants will receive Personal Safety Equipment and Training Materials for use and future reference.
Qualifications: This course is designed for refinish and preparation technicians working in shops who wish to expand their knowledge in these areas.
